Buzz Accounting was founded in 2023 by Andy Jackson and Peter Allen, and has offices in the UK and in Pretoria.
Andy Jackson is Buzz's co-founder and Operations Director. He has spent his career building professional-services businesses that run on strong systems and plain-spoken advice. He co-founded Buzz to build an accountancy firm that is useful to the people it serves, and led its expansion into a group spanning the UK and South Africa. He talks cashflow with sole traders and builds the systems the group's offices run on.
Peter Allen is Buzz's co-founder and Finance Director, with more than 20 years' experience in accountancy. He built his own accountancy firm client by client, largely through referrals, to a substantial recurring fee base, and knows from running it what business owners need from their accountant. At Buzz he sets the standard for the group's financial work and leads its fractional finance director work.
Senior and semi-senior accountants across the Buzz group prepare, review and deliver client work to one standard, for South African businesses and for the UK firms we do production work for.
Candice is a senior accountant in the production team. She reviews and delivers client accounts and tax work.
Jolandi is a senior accountant in our Pretoria office. She takes first calls with South African businesses, and prepares year-end accounts and tax work from client records through to review.
Rochelle prepares accounts, tax returns and management figures for a broad mix of owner-managed businesses, working closely with the senior team.
Mary works across accounts preparation and tax, and handles much of the detail on day-to-day client work.
Buzz's Pretoria office serves South African businesses directly and does production work for the group's UK offices.
The Pretoria team works to the review process and standards the founders set for the whole group. You deal with a named accountant who knows your business.
